Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and Life-Time Limited Warranty

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:

Within the first seventy-two (72) hours if you are not satisfied with the Product, you may return the piece for a refund equal to the purchase price of the Product.

LIFE-TIME LIMITED WARRANTY:

Everything Metal Imaginable, Inc., (EMI) warrants the bronze statue against defects in materials and workmanship for the LIFE-TIME of the Product. Bases are not included within the Life-Time Warranty. EMI warrants the base of the bronze sculpture against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of SEVENTY-TWO (72) HOURS or THREE (3) WORKING DAYS. Any defects found on the product must be reported to EMI within seventy-two (72) hours, or three (3) working days, of receiving the product. Defects in the Product reported within the prescribed time limit will be repaired or replaced at EMI's discretion at no charge.

TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE, YOU MUST TAKE PRODUCT, OR DELIVER THE PRODUCT FREIGHT PREPAID, IN EITHER ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR PACKAGING OF AN EQUAL DEGREE OF PROTECTION, TO EMI.

This warranty does not cover any units which have been previously altered or repaired by anyone other than EMI, or a unit on which the foundry-applied serial number has been altered or removed. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or modification of, or to any part of the Product. This warranty does not cover Products sold AS IS or WITH ALL FAULTS.

Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice must be presented to obtain warranty service.

This warranty is invalid if the foundry applied serial number has been altered or removed from the Product.

THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTEHRS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. EMI SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. No EMI dealer, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty. #026#
